Only steps away is a covered barbecue kitchen complete with surround sound and an outdoor television. Watching your favorite sports team will never be the same after you have experienced it at Empire Ranch. You and your guest can sit back and relax with the fresh south Texas air, a cold glass of sweet tea the game on while your favorite cut of meat is grilling in the outdoor kitchen.

Shooting Range
Sighting in your rifle will never be the same after you have experienced the rifle range at Empire Ranch. Our range comes with a fifty, one hundred and two hundred yard targets. You will be shooting from inside a climate controlled shooting house complete with surround sound and cameras mounted on each target which will display the shot results on a television screen inside the shooting house...no more spotting scope or binoculars to sight in your favorite rifle.
Skeet Range

The skeet range is one of our most popular gathering areas. If you and your guests decide to take part in a little friendly competition you and your guest’s skills will be put to the test with five different birds and up to six competitors at once. Empire’s skeet range is stocked with right, left, incoming, outgoing, rabbit and wobble trap throwers.
